Navian has released “RF Devices / Modules For Cellular 2025–2035 – Beyond 5G: Towards 6G.”
While our previous reports provided market size forecasts up to four years ahead, this latest edition offers long-term projections through 2035 with a focus on the 6G era.
In 6G, new spectrum allocations in the 7GHz to 15GHz range are expected, and these same frequency bands are also likely to be utilized for NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) mobile satellite communication.
As a result, in addition to the existing Sub-6GHz and WiFi frequency bands, spectrum is projected to be used continuously up to 15GHz. Furthermore, with the increase in power class, the importance of interference mitigation between frequencies is expected to become even greater.
Against this backdrop, demand for higher-performance RF components and FEMs is anticipated to grow substantially in the 6G era.
